Dimension Data

Dimension Data (now part of NTT) recognised the need to create a globally scalable website with leading edge marketing automation integrations to address a variety of audience segments.

 

My role as Design Director was to drive modular, scalable design, ensuring alignment with global stakeholders and making recommendations on how to best deliver on requirements whilst keeping the design cohesive. I was responsible of creating IA and taxonomy, personalisation capabilities.

Outcome: Consolidation of various microsites, local business units under a single umbrella with cohesive design language. Delivered with top personalisation capabilities, with an effective component and template library which allowed for global standardisation, while leaving room for local nuances.

The platform was further leveraged for Oakton website with minimal customisation. Both sites have since been merged to NTT branded site.
