Fantribe
App & Web Rebranding​
Fantribe is a SaaS platform including a Fantribe Hub admin console, and a native mobile app to engage and reward fans. The goal was to give the product a new, updated look and feel across all assets, to appeal to a broader target audience.

My role was to create a new brand colour palette, updated UI design, image assets, marketing collateral and eventually build the new marketing focused website. I collaborated with another designer to create a new logo for the brand.
As a result, the all channels, materials and collateral now follows the new look and feel, appealing to a broader buyer audience across industries.

Optimised journey & navigation
To establish an optimised user journey, I benchmarked competition and applied commerce best practices.

One of the key areas where careful consideration was required was the navigation and product categories, given the complexities of collections, categories and variants. I guided the design decisions on the primary navigation based on competition benchmarking and best practice.

The site uses several tactics to attract interest and up-sell products to increase cart value. Cross-sell is provided in context, with related products and instagram shopping.
